Job summary

inspiring vet care is looking for a friendly Receptionist to join our Northeast UK practice. You will greet clients and pets, manage appointments and handling inquiries while supporting both clinical and non-clinical colleagues.

The role depends on a rota across all sites, with a 40-hour week and Saturdays on occasion. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction while ensuring accurate records and smooth client

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work across multiple sites on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly in person and on the phone.
• Manage appointments, confirmations and rescheduling.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records and update care plans.
