Job description

All Pets Veterinary Centre is recruiting a caring and motivated Veterinary Care Assistant to support our vets and nurses in delivering high-quality patient care.

You’ll help maintain excellent hygiene standards, assist with animal handling, feeding and monitoring, prepare clinical areas, complete basic lab tasks, and provide friendly, efficient client service including reception support.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with opportunities for training and progression into the Registered Veterinary Nurse pathway.

We’re looking for someone reliable, compassionate and keen to learn, with 5 GCSEs including English, Maths and Science, and Entitled Jersey residential status.

Salary is £13.59 per hour (£28,267.20 per year). Benefits include 21 days annual leave, pension scheme, birthday day off and support for training.
