Job summary

Pride Veterinary Centre is seeking a friendly, organised Client Care Advisor to join our team across Pride Veterinary Centre and sites. You will handle referral calls, book appointments, assist clients both on the phone and in person, take payments, and help resolve queries with a positive, professional approach.

Ideal candidates will enjoy a busy, customer-facing role, work well in a team, and show attention to detail while delivering excellent service to pets and their owners.
