Job summary

Vets for Pets in Huntingdon is seeking a friendly Client Care Advisor to join our team. We offer part- and full-time roles (20-30hrs / 40hrs) with weekend rota (1 in 3 Saturdays) and shifts from 9am to 7pm.

You should be a hard-working team player, able to cope with emotive situations, with a friendly, approachable manner and previous client-facing experience. Basic computer skills and ideally appointment-booking systems; veterinary industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Client Care Advisor to join our team in Huntingdon!

We have a part and full-time roles available (PT 20-30hrs / FT 40hrs) and must be willing to take part in the weekend rota (1 in 3 Saturday’s). Ideally you should be able to cover hours on shift between 9am and 7pm. There are no OOH/bank holidays.

• Hard working team player that is able to cope in a fast-paced client facing role
• Able to cope with emotive situations in a professional manner
• A friendly approachable personality who can relate and bond with clients
• Previous experience in a client facing role
• Competent in using computer software including Microsoft (preferably appointment booking systems too although full training on our system will be given)
• Experience in the veterinary industry preferred but not essential
• Flexible to cover various shifts during our opening hours. Saturdays on a rota'd basis will be included.
