This role involves managing the Amazon product catalogue, optimising product listings, and driving brand strategy on Vendor Central. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience with Amazon accounts, strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, along with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Own the Amazon product catalogue via Vendor Central—accuracy, categorisation, compliance.

  • Lead Brand Store strategy with seasonal refreshes and premium brand presentation.
  • Monitor sales, stock, availability & account health; fixing blockers early.
  • Partner with the advertising agency to plan, launch, and optimise campaigns.
  • Deliver weekly performance reporting with clear insights and recommendations.

Amazon Account Manager role

Reporting into our Digital Key Account Manager, you’ll take the lead on Amazon Vendor Central performance—driving catalogue readiness, conversion, and top-line growth. You’ll sit at the heart of ecommerce, working cross-functionally and with agency partners to scale results fast.

As the Amazon Account Manager, you’ll;
  • Own the Amazon product catalogue via Vendor Central—accuracy, categorisation, compliance, the works.
  • Optimise listings end-to-end (titles, bullets, A+ content, keywords, imagery) to boost discoverability and conversion.
  • Lead Brand Store strategy with seasonal refreshes and consistently premium brand presentation.
  • Monitor sales, stock, availability & account health , spotting blockers early and fixing them fast with internal / external teams.
  • Partner with our advertising agency to plan, launch and optimise campaigns aligned to brand goals.
  • Deliver weekly performance reporting —clear insights, sharp recommendations, real impact.
