Job description
Role Overview

Repair and assemble aircraft generators and rotors, following engineering drawings and work instructions. Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures, strip, survey, and fit components, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Operate machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Strip, survey, and fit generators and motors.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to the work area and processes.
  • Use technical knowledge to continuously learn and improve product performance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in fitting, repairs, assembly and/or testing of generators and motors.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
  • Strong technical aptitude to learn new products.
  • Proficiency in hand tools, mechanical overhaul, fitting, repairs, workshop maintenance, winding, servicing, brazing, wiring, impregnation and spraying.
  • Understanding of lean/continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
Shift Pattern & Compensation

Week 1: Monday‑Thursday 6:00 am‑2:00 pm; Friday 6:00 am‑11:00 am.

Week 2: Monday‑Thursday 2:00 pm‑10:00 pm; Friday 11:00 am‑4:00 pm.

14.5 % shift premium on basic salary.
