Job summary

A modern electric vehicle company is seeking a Vehicle Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on their innovative products. You'll complete servicing, diagnostics, and provide outstanding customer service, all while contributing to cleaner transport solutions. Qualifications

  • Must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
  • Strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate technical information.
  • Must have own tools available and a clean valid UK Driving License.

About the role

Your role will be performing maintenance servicing and repairs on LEVC products along with pre‑delivery inspections on new vehicles.

  • Complete scheduled vehicle servicing and repair in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Undertake diagnostic activities to identify causes and solutions for customer vehicle issues.
  • Ensure vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high‑quality manner in line with manufacturer requirements.
  • Liaise directly with customers and service advisors providing outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct electronic visual health checks on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for customers.
  • Completing the necessary documentation in respect to warranty work. Maintain a clean and safe work bay.
Experience to succeed
  • Strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate technical information to a non‑technical audience.
  • Must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Have a track record of delivering results as an automotive technician within the franchised automotive sector.
  • Experienced supporting a sizeable fast‑moving business.
  • Must have own tools available and a clean valid UK Driving License.
