Job Description

• Complete scheduled vehicle servicing and repair in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Undertake diagnostic activities to identify causes and solutions for customer vehicle issues.
• Ensure vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high‑quality manner, in line with manufacturer requirements.
• Liaise directly with customers and service advisors, providing outstanding customer service.
• Conduct electronic visual health checks on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for customers.
• Complete the necessary documentation in respect to warranty work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work bay.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).

Must have experience within the franchised automotive sector, and demonstrable skill levels as an automotive technician.
