A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Van Driver for a client in Milton Park, with relocation to Swindon expected soon. The role offers a temp-to-perm opportunity or a potential permanent position. Responsibilities include safely loading and unloading vehicles, making timely deliveries, and ensuring high-quality service for customers. Candidates must have van driving experience, a 5-year checkable work history, and the ability to pass a DBS check.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a van driver.
• Ideally previous customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Must have a 5-year checkable work history.
• Able to pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload company vehicles.
• Handle some heavy lifting.
• Deliver goods to designated locations as per customer requests.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, following all safety protocols.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high-quality service on every delivery.
• Complete 60-70 deliveries per day.
• Perform additional duties as required.
