Reporting to: Head of Industrial Disease

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling complex cases, and will be able to provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of industrial disease claims, including asbestos-related cases.
  • Conduct investigations and research, prepare legal documents and conduct negotiations with other parties.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and maintain excellent levels of client service.
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the Industrial Disease team.
  • Contributeto the development of the Industrial Disease practice, including identifying opportunities for growth and marketing the team’s services.
Qualifications
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Industrial Disease law.
