Role Overview

As our UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences across Vision Direct, Lensbest and Lenstore. You’ll combine creativity, technical expertise, and data-driven insights to design and optimise user journeys that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention. This is your chance to influence digital strategy and deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is a hybrid role based in our High Street Kensington office in London.

What you’ll be doing
  • Designing, prototyping, and validating optimised user journeys across multiple brands and markets.
  • Leading A/B testing initiatives and leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Championing UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring consistency and measurable impact.
  • Collaborating with developers, product owners, and analysts in Agile sprints to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Maintaining and evolving scalable UX frameworks to streamline workflows and enhance consistency.
  • Creating responsive, accessible prototypes in Figma and embedding localisation and usability principles.
  • Using AI‑driven tools to accelerate research and ideation, improving speed and quality.
  • Translating user insights into design decisions that improve conversion, engagement, and revenue.
