Job summary

Hippo is seeking a User Researcher to plan and execute user research that informs product design and strategy. You will identify suitable methods across the service lifecycle, help the team empathize with users, and support usability sessions.

You’ll write reports, present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and collaborate in a fast-paced, agile, cross-functional environment. As part of a company committed to diversity and inclusion, you’ll engage with senior stakeholders and apply

Qualifications

• Experience of working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using different research methods (qualitative and quantitative).
• Working knowledge of user-centred design principles and practices.
• Understanding of how research insights support client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a range of user research to support product design.
• Identify appropriate research methods for the service lifecycle.
• Help the team build empathy for users and their needs.
• Support usability evaluation sessions.
• Write research reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Agile, multidisciplinary teams in a user-centred design process.
• Run workshops with the team and stakeholders.
• Share insights with Hippo community to promote best practices.
