You will mentor Senior and Intermediate researchers, contribute to the evolution of our research practice, and lead AI-enabled research initiatives within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Extensive lead-level research experience across complex delivery environments.
Experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams using user-centred research.
Strong consultancy and leadership skills with client-facing impact.

Responsibilities

Lead research on complex client engagements and drive user-centred outcomes.
Mentor Senior and Intermediate researchers and evolve Hippo's research practice.
