You will guide internal practice, mentor senior researchers, and drive growth while partnering with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Extensive principal-level research experience across complex delivery environments.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams using user-centred design.
- Strong track record applying diverse methods and accessibility considerations.
- Consultancy leadership with client-facing problem solving.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous asks and large organisations.
Responsibilities
- Lead senior client engagements with a user-centred approach across programmes.
- Influence executive stakeholders using data and primary research.
- Ensure products meet user needs and accessibility standards.
- Develop and evolve Hippo’s research capability and practice.
- Mentor and grow Senior/Lead researchers and pre-sales contributors.
