Job summary

Hippo Digital is recruiting for intermediate consultants in user research. You will design, plan and conduct research to inform user-centred service design, testing services as they are designed, and explaining design decisions to clients.

You’ll work with designers, product owners, developers and Agile teams, advising on growth and providing opportunities to develop within the profession and as a consultant.

Qualifications

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and advising on service design.
• Ability to use multiple research methods to gain insights.
• Knowledge of user-centred design principles and practices.
• Ability to relate findings to client objectives and explain them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user research to support product design.
• Identify appropriate research methods per service lifecycle.
• Help teams empathise with service users and support usability sessions.
• Use data tools to collect data and write research reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with agile, multidisciplinary teams in a user-centred process.
• Run workshops and share best practices with Hippo community.
