Hippo Digital Ltd in the UK is recruiting an intermediate consultant in user research. You will design, plan and conduct research to understand what people need from a service and produce recommendations for user-centered service design.

You will work with designers, product owners and developers within Agile teams to test services and explain design decisions to clients, with opportunities for growth within the profession and as a consultant.

Formación

• Experience of working with senior stakeholders
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Working knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Understanding client's strategic objectives and how research supports them
• Ability to explain findings and handle stakeholder challenges

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute a range of user research to support product design
• Identify appropriate research methods for the service lifecycle
• Help the team build empathy for the service users
• Support usability evaluation sessions
• Use tools to collect data and write research reports
• Present findings and design/business recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Agile, multidisciplinary teams in a user-centered design process
• Learn from insights to define and improve the service
• Run workshops with team and stakeholders
• Share best practices with Hippo research and design community
