Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimations.
• Prepare and submit tenders and quotations, and follow up on tender clarifications and interviews.
• Source quotations and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and resolve progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractors’ progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Attend site meetings to document variation claims, prepare interim valuations, and assess potential variation works.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants on all contractual matters.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in main contractor
• Local construction experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic AutoCAD drawing skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
