Job summary

Ic24 Ltd is recruiting Care Co-Ordinators within our Integrated Urgent Care Division to support NHS 111, CAS and Out of Hours services.

In this fast-paced operational role you will own an allocated service area, coordinate resource deployment, monitor queues, and support frontline colleagues to deliver safe, timely patient care.

This 24/7 role requires flexibility across shifts and locations, with opportunities for professional development and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in urgent care or NHS operations preferred.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts and locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service delivery across NHS 111, CAS and Out of Hours.
• Monitor queues and patient demand to maintain service performance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to frontline colleagues.
• Identify staffing gaps and support workforce deployment.
• Monitor safety and service quality, escalating risks when needed.
• Communicate effectively across clinical and operational teams.
• Contribute ideas to improve reliability and patient experience.
