Job summary

IC24 is recruiting Care Co-ordinators for Integrated Urgent Care, supporting NHS 111, CAS and Out of Hours services. You will own an allocated service area, manage queues, coordinate resource deployment and support frontline colleagues to deliver safe, timely patient care in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires flexibility, strong communication, teamwork and the ability to prioritise under pressure. Eligibility to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS disclosure are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating service delivery for NHS 111, CAS or Out of Hours
• Managing queues and patient demand to maintain performance
• Supporting frontline colleagues to deliver high-quality care
• Monitoring service performance and escalation when needed
• Identifying staffing gaps and assisting with workforce deployment
• Ensuring patient safety and effective handovers
• Communicating clearly with clinical and operational teams
• Suggesting improvements to enhance service delivery
