Integrated Care 24 Ltd (IC24) is recruiting Care Co-Ordinators for its Integrated Urgent Care division, supporting NHS 111, CAS and Out of Hours services. You will manage queues, coordinate resources, and support frontline teams to deliver timely, safe patient care across busy service areas.

The role requires flexibility and collaborative working with clinical colleagues to maintain service performance. IC24 is a not-for-profit social enterprise committed to accessible health care and staff

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced operational healthcare coordination.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of an allocated service area to ensure services run safely and efficiently.
• Monitor queue activity and patient demand, supporting service performance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to frontline colleagues and ensure effective handovers.
