Job summary

Integrated Care 24 Ltd (IC24) delivers Integrated Urgent Care services including NHS 111, CAS and Out of Hours. As a Care Co-Ordinator you will own a service area, manage queues, deploy resources and support frontline colleagues to deliver safe, timely patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage queues and service flow across NHS 111, CAS and Out of Hours.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to frontline colleagues.
• Monitor service performance against targets and escalate concerns as required.
• Identify staffing gaps and coordinate cover to maintain service continuity.
• Escalate risks relating to service delivery and patient safety.
