Job summary

Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking a Care Co-Ordinator to support NHS 111, CAS and Out of Hours within our Integrated Urgent Care Division. You will own an allocated service area, manage queues, and coordinate resources to deliver safe, timely patient care.

We operate 24/7 in a fast-paced environment; the role requires flexibility, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving to maintain service performance and patient safety. A competitive salary and NHS Pension are among benefits.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate service delivery for allocated area (NHS 111, CAS or Out of Hours).
• Monitor queues and patient demand to maintain service performance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to frontline colleagues.
• Monitor and respond to service performance against targets.
• Identify staffing gaps and support workforce deployment.
• Identify risks to patient safety and escalate where needed.
• Communicate effectively with clinical teams and operations.
• Suggest improvements to delivery and patient experience.
