Job summary

Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking a Care Co-Ordinator to support NHS 111, CAS and Out of Hours services within our Integrated Urgent Care division. You will own an allocated service area, manage queues, deploy resources and assist colleagues to deliver safe and timely patient care across busy shifts.

You will respond to changing demands, monitor performance against targets, and work with clinical and operational teams to improve service delivery and patient safety on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating service delivery across NHS 111, CAS or Out of Hours to keep services safe, efficient and effective throughout shifts.
• Monitor queue activity and patient demand to maintain service performance and timely access to care.
• Provide guidance and day-to-day support to frontline colleagues to ensure high-quality patient care.
