Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate service delivery for NHS 111, CAS or Out of Hours to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor queues and patient demand, respond to pressures and support performance targets.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to frontline colleagues to deliver quality care.
• Monitor performance against targets and escalate concerns when required.
• Assist workforce deployment and ensure adequate cover across services.
• Communicate clearly with clinical and operational teams and supervise handovers.
