Qualifications

  • Experience in diagnosing, managing, and treating urgent dental problems for both children and adults.
  • Previous experience in working for urgent care dental services.
  • Understanding of telephone triage.
  • Previous experience in carrying out remote telephone and video consultations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of urgent dental care to any patient accessing the Oxfordshire Out of Hours Dental service.
  • Obtain and verify a complete medical history for all patients.
  • Record all aspects of clinical examination, relevant medical history and treatment.
  • Complete all records necessary for the reporting of clinical activity.

Skills

Ability to work as a member of a team
Experience of dental software
Basic computer skills
