Qualifications

• Must achieve Level 2 athletics coaching qualification within 12 months.
• Experience in coaching athletics would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement coaching programmes for university athletes.
• Plan and lead a Talent ID programme across DRET schools and Charnwood College.
• Provide one-to-one individual coaching plans for athletes competing in BUCS.
• Contribute to overall Throws recruitment strategy.
