An educational institution is seeking a new Governor to join the Board and act as Chair of the Risk and Audit Committee. This non-executive role involves ensuring institutional governance and oversight of risk management and financial reporting. The University is seeking a new Governor to join the Board of Governors, and additionally act in the capacity of Chair of the Risk and Audit Committee. Governors are appointed for an initial term of three years.
The overall time commitment for this position is approximately twenty-five days per year (a mix of face-to-face and online/remote meetings). This appointment is of a public service nature and is therefore not remunerated. Reasonable expenses to cover travel and other direct expenses will be reimbursed.
