Unit Manager - RGN/RMN

Manchester | £22 per hour | 48 hours per week (24 supernumerary) | Permanent, Full-time

About the Role

I am working with a fantastic provider who are seeking an experienced RGN/RMN with strong leadership skills to join our team as a Unit Manager. You'll be responsible for leading one of our four units, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care while supporting and developing your team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or Senior Nurse looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage your unit, ensuring smooth, safe and effective care delivery.
