Salary 16.40 - 18.97 per hour depending on experience

Permanent 40 hour contract

Over 5 days a week some weekend cover on call 1 in 3 weekends

  • Youll hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care with experience of working in a care home environment
  • Youre passionate about caring for the elderly a nd have a flair for helping people maintain their independence choice and dignity
  • An effective communicator whos able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families
  • Someone whos ready to use their experience to lead motivate and mentor a team whos able to delegate effectively and promote excellent customer service and relationships
