Qualifications

• Must have a Level 3 Early Years qualification; Level 5 preferred.
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner is essential.
• Must have a strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire your room team to deliver outstanding care.
• Act as a role model aligned with EYFS and safeguarding principles.
• Build strong, caring relationships with children and families.

Skills

Prior experience as a Room Leader / Senior Practitioner

Strong understanding of the EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding practices

Confidence in leading a team within a room

Warm, enthusiastic and proactive attitude

Genuine passion for early years and creating a truly nurturing setting

Education
