Job summary

Yell in Northwich is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the field sales arena. You'll hunt for new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close deals with both new and existing clients across the UK, driving revenue and client ROI.

You’ll manage accounts for up to 12 months post-sale, use data-driven reviews to spot growth opportunities, and collaborate with a high-energy team that values performance, resilience, and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business: prospect through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
• Tailor digital marketing solutions through face-to-face and virtual consultations to meet customer needs.
• Close deals: present, negotiate and seal the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Client management: nurture relationships and provide seamless account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data analysis: conduct reviews to identify growth opportunities and boost client ROI.
