Yell is recruiting a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK. You will hunt new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close deals with clients while managing relationships for up to 12 months after sale.

The role values high energy, strong presentation skills, and a proven sales background in field or telesales, with a valid UK driving license. Expect uncapped earnings and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
• A full UK driving license is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
• Tailoring Solutions: engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Closing Deals: presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Client Management: nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and ongoing account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data Analysis: conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth and boost client ROI.
