Job summary

Yell is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our Field Sales team across the UK. You will hunt new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, close deals, and manage accounts for up to 12 months post-sale, while analysing data to boost client ROI.

With a proven sales track record and strong relationship skills, you’ll work in a fast-growing digital marketing environment, earning a competitive base salary with uncapped earnings, plus a car allowance and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—both verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
• A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business: proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads.
• Tailor solutions: engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer digital marketing solutions.
• Close deals: present, negotiate, and seal the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Client management: nurture relationships and provide account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data analysis: conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth and boost client ROI.
