  • Establish and manage project governance structures, including progress reviews, risk registers, and change control processes.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and resource utilization for optimal efficiency.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate programme and technical risks; proactively address issues to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Act as the primary interface with customers, partners, subcontractors, and funding bodies (e.g. ESA, European Commission), maintaining clear communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of work packages and compliance with technical and quality standards.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, technical deliverables, progress reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to proposal development and bid activities, providing project management inputs for public and commercial tenders.
  • Promote continuous improvement and the adoption of best practices by capturing lessons learned and implementing feedback loops to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Thrives in a rapidly changing startup environment, displaying flexibility and resilience.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally as required for program execution.
Preferred Qualifications
