Job summary

GoodWe Europe is seeking a Solution Engineer for UK & Ireland, to support our customers in technical pre-sales. You will conduct training sessions, advise on GoodWe solutions, and represent GoodWe at exhibitions and local events, interfacing with sales, marketing and product teams.

This role offers deep technical involvement, close contact with the market and customers, and a key part in driving sales growth while maintaining customer loyalty. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar.
• Experience in technical support with direct customer interaction is a plus.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Exposure to solar PV, inverter, energy storage or utility industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and managing GoodWe’s pre-sales activities in UK & Ireland.
• Growing customer trust in GoodWe’s solution.
• Promoting GoodWe’s products and increasing demand from installers to distributors.
• Ensuring closeness to the market through customer trainings and distributor events.
• Building knowledge of market requirements for PV and storage systems including product specifications and design requirements.
• Transferring market requirements to product management and R&D to stay ahead of competition.
• Ensuring feasibility of product solutions before market release, including coordinating beta testing and pilot projects.
