Job summary

GoodWe seeks a Solution Engineer for UK & Ireland to support pre-sales activities and deliver customer trainings both face-to-face and online. You will represent GoodWe at exhibitions and events and interact with partners, sales, marketing and product teams to drive growth.

The role requires a technical background, strong communication, English fluency and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time. Remote work within the UK is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or similar field.
• Business fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience in technical support with direct customer interaction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage GoodWe’s pre-sales activities in UK & Ireland.
• Grow customer trust in GoodWe’s solution.
• Promote GoodWe’s products and increase demand from installers to distributors.
• Ensure closeness to the market through customer trainings and distributor events.
• Build comprehensive knowledge of market requirements for PV and storage systems.
• Transmit market requirements to product management and R&D.
