Job summary

GoodWe Europe is seeking a Solution Engineer for UK & Ireland to support customers in technical pre-sales, deliver training sessions both face-to-face and online, and represent GoodWe at exhibitions and events.

The role works closely with sales, marketing and product teams to translate market needs into product plans, with travel around 30% and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and growth in renewable energy solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar field.
Experience in technical support with direct customer interaction is a plus.
Business fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Support and manage pre-sales activities in UK & Ireland.
Grow customer trust in GoodWe’s solution.
Promote GoodWe products and increase demand from installers to distributors.
Ensure closeness to the market through trainings and distributor events.
Build knowledge of PV and storage market requirements including product specs, design and certification requirements.
Transfer market requirements to product management and R&D to stay ahead of competition.
Coordinate and assist with Beta testing and pilot projects to ensure feasible product solutions before market release.
