Job summary

GoodWe is looking for a Solution Engineer for the UK & Ireland to support technical pre-sales activities, deliver trainings, and represent GoodWe at exhibitions and local events. You will collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for customers across the region.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking and up to 30% travel to engage customers and partners, driving growth and loyalty in the renewable energy market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or similar.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to support customers and events.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage pre-sales activities in UK & Ireland.
• Grow customer trust in GoodWe’s solutions.
• Promote products and drive demand among installers, distributors and partners.
• Ensure market closeness through trainings and distributor events.
• Transfer market requirements to product management and R&D to stay ahead of competition.
