Job summary

GoodWe Europe is seeking a Solution Engineer for UK & Ireland. The role is remote (UK) with regular travel to meet customers and partners.

You will support pre-sales activities, conduct training, advise on solutions, and represent GoodWe at events. This position offers close market exposure and collaboration with sales, marketing and product teams to drive growth and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience in technical support with direct customer interaction is a plus.
• Business fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Exposure to solar PV, inverter, energy storage, or utility industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities in UK & Ireland.
• Grow customer trust in GoodWe solutions.
• Promote products and increase demand from installers to distributors.
• Organise training sessions and distributor events to stay close to the market.
• Gather market requirements and relay to product management and R&D.
• Coordinate beta testing and pilot projects for new solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet market needs before release.
