Job summary

GoodWe, a leader in photovoltaic solutions, is seeking a Solution Engineer for the UK and Ireland. This remote role supports pre-sales activities, delivers customer trainings, and advises on suitable GoodWe installations while representing the company at events.

The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to grow market presence and loyalty, with a travel requirement of about 30%.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales support with direct customer interaction.
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
• Exposure to solar PV and energy storage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage pre-sales activities in UK & Ireland.
• Grow customer trust in GoodWe solutions.
• Promote GoodWe products to installers and distributors.
• Coordinate trainings and distributor events.
• Build knowledge of market requirements for PV and storage systems.
• Feed market needs to product management and R&D.
• Ensure feasibility of solutions, coordinate beta testing and pilots.
