Job summary

GoodWe Europe is seeking a Solution Engineer for the UK & Ireland to support pre-sales activities, train customers, and present solutions. The role involves direct interaction with distributors, EPC partners, and internal teams to drive sales growth.

You will build deep technical knowledge, coordinate with product management and R&D, and help ensure market needs are captured for future releases. Remote UK work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in technical support with direct customer interaction is a plus.
• Business-fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Exposure to solar PV, storage, or utility industries is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage pre-sales activities in UK & Ireland.
• Grow customer trust in GoodWe’s solutions.
• Promote products and drive demand from installers to distributors.
• Coordinate trainings and distributor events to stay close to the market.
• Transmit market requirements to product management and R&D.
• Ensure feasibility of solutions before market release, incl. beta testing.
