Job summary

GoodWe is seeking a Solution Engineer for the UK & Ireland to support customers in pre-sales, deliver trainings, and advise on optimal GoodWe solutions. The role is remote within the UK, with responsibilities including representation at exhibitions and close collaboration with sales, marketing and product teams.

Travel up to 30% to engage distributors and customers; candidates should have a technical background and strong English, with experience in customer-facing technical support a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or similar required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience in technical support with direct customer interaction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage pre-sales activities in UK & Ireland.
• Train customers face-to-face and online on GoodWe solutions.
• Advise customers on suitable GoodWe products and solutions.
• Represent GoodWe at exhibitions and local events.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product management to drive growth.
• Ensure market closeness through trainings and distributor events.
• Capture market requirements for PV and storage systems and feed back to PM/R&D.
