Soho House in the UK is seeking an HR Systems Manager to own Dayforce configuration, security and data integrity across HR, Payroll and Talent. You will coordinate UK updates, run UAT, and ensure compliant data handling and reporting for leadership.

This hands-on role requires translating legislative changes into system logic, supporting tronc readiness, and optimising integrations with finance and IT. Strong stakeholder management and change control are essential.

• Experience configuring Dayforce for UK payroll and HR

Responsibilities

• Act as UK Dayforce owner: configure security, workflows and HR/payroll setup across modules.
• Manage Dayforce release cycle: review notes, plan UAT, coordinate go-live communications.
