Job summary

Page Personnel in Reading is seeking a meticulous HR Admin Analyst to join our client’s team. You will maintain HR system data, manage access, and support GDPR compliance while ensuring data accuracy.

The role requires previous HR systems or HR administration experience, with Dayforce or similar HRIS exposure desirable. You will collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and support onboarding and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR systems or HR administration is essential.
• Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS/Payroll system desirable.
• Able to handle confidential information and maintain accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR system data, including employee records, organisational structures and positions.
• Manage user access, security permissions and GDPR compliance within the HR system.
• Provide HR systems support, troubleshoot issues and respond to user queries.
• Assist with system configuration, data uploads, workflow management and onboarding.
• Analyse requirements and support HR system improvements and projects.
• Participate in testing system updates, enhancements and new functionality.
• Monitor data accuracy, governance and GDPR compliance.
• Work with HR to maintain consistent administrative processes.
