Job summary

HR Path Group, a global leader in HR consulting, seeks a Dayforce WFM Implementation Consultant in the UK to drive requirements, configuration and testing across payroll, time and attendance, and scheduling. You will work closely with client SMEs to deliver accurate configurations and a smooth go-live.

You will support UAT, provide hands-on demonstrations and knowledge transfer, and help clients achieve timely payroll with high delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management, time and attendance, scheduling or HCM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes and HRIS configurations.
• Ability to collaborate with client SMEs and deliver practical HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering and design workshops for Dayforce HCM projects.
• Configure Dayforce to meet agreed requirements, including time capture, policies, schedules and attendance rules.
• Validate configurations and test everyday processes and exceptions; document results and evidence.
• Support client readiness and UAT, provide demonstrations and knowledge transfer.
