Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with an established organisation in Central Dorset to recruit an experienced Dayforce Systems Specialist for an initial 3-6 month contract. The role focuses on improving Dayforce reporting and MI, with emphasis on WFM and timesheets, and supporting Power BI dashboard development.

The ideal candidate will have strong Dayforce knowledge, experience with HR/payroll processes, and the ability to troubleshoot Dayforce workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Dayforce.
• Experience across WFM, timesheets and reporting.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Dayforce workflows and configuration.
• Good understanding of HR and payroll processes and data.

Responsibilities

• Improve Dayforce reporting and MI, especially for WFM and timesheets.
• Help create accurate, granular operational reporting for managers.
• Support development of Power BI dashboards.
• Troubleshoot Dayforce configuration, workflows and legacy system issues.
• Resolve challenges across HR, payroll, absence, recruitment and employee self-service.
• Work with HR to identify practical system improvements and solutions.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot Dayforce workflows and configuration
• Good understanding of HR and payroll processes and data
• Power BI experience would be advantageous
• Comfortable working independently and providing practical, hands-on solutions
