Job summary

HR Path Group seeks a Payroll Implementation Consultant in the UK to own requirements gathering, configuration and testing of Dayforce payroll solutions for international clients. You will work with client SMEs to ensure the configured system meets statutory requirements and delivers accurate, on-time payroll.

You will support go-live and hyper-care, transfer knowledge through training, and collaborate with delivery teams to drive efficient, scalable payroll projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll operations or payroll/HCM implementation.
• Knowledge of UK PAYE, RTI and pensions preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and testing discipline.
• Client-focused, able to work at pace and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering and design workshops for payroll solutions.
• Configure Dayforce Payroll to meet requirements and statutory needs.
• Validate configuration, run tests and support parallel payrolls.
• Document tests and communicate results to clients.
• Support go-live and hyper-care to ensure smooth operation.
