Job summary

Soho House & Co. in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to own Dayforce, Soho House’s HCM platform, across HR, payroll, attendance and absence for all Houses and central teams.

You will configure Dayforce to stay compliant with UK employment and tax law, drive data integrity, lead UAT and releases, and build dashboards to enable People & Development leadership to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience administering Dayforce (or comparable HCM/payroll platform) in a multi-site UK business.
• Solid working knowledge of UK payroll fundamentals, HR data structures and core UK employment legislation.
• Track record of managing system upgrades, UAT cycles and stakeholder training for non-technical users.
• Strong analytical skills, translating raw data into insight for senior stakeholders.
• Confident stakeholder management across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT, including with senior leaders.
• Working understanding of UK GDPR and data protection principles as applied to employee data.
• Excellent attention to detail and rigorous testing/change-control discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as the UK system owner and lead administrator for Dayforce, managing configuration, security roles and workflows.
• Own end-to-end Dayforce release cycle: review release notes, plan UAT, coordinate go-live communications.
• Maintain data integrity with regular audits and a single source of truth for UK employee data.
• Manage Dayforce support and account teams, logging tickets through resolution.
• Configure Dayforce for UK legislative changes (pay, tax, NI, leave).
• Configure ahead of tipping legislation and Code of Practice, supporting tronc administration.
• Build dashboards and standard reports for People & Development leadership, Finance and House ops.
• Deliver training and change control processes for configuration changes.
• Manage integrations with recruitment ATS, benefits, finance, payroll via APIs/file feeds.
