Job summary

HR Path Group seeks a Payroll Implementation Consultant (Dayforce) to drive payroll configurations, testing and client readiness. You will work closely with SMEs, ensuring the Dayforce setup meets statutory requirements and client needs, while maintaining thorough documentation and supporting UAT and go-live.

Based in the UK, you will collaborate with a global HR transformation team, delivering accurate, timely payroll deployment and ongoing client support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll operations or payroll/HCM implementation.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance; UK PAYE, RTI and pensions preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and structured testing approach.
• Client-focused mindset with effective communication.
• Ability to work at pace and manage priorities with承 commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and help SMEs build confidence to keep delivery moving.
• Configure Dayforce Payroll to agreed requirements and statutory needs.
• Validate configuration, run tests, and support parallel payroll runs.
• Maintain clear documentation and tester evidence for quality.
• Support clients during UAT, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a joined-up solution.
