A leading workplace and facility management company in the UK is seeking an experienced Asset Manager. You will oversee maintenance for all physical assets, ensuring compliance with ISO 55001 standards. Responsibilities include implementing the asset management plan, driving sustainability initiatives, and improving system reliability. We are seeking an experienced UK Asset Manager to join our Engineering Assurance & Governance team.
This role will provide strategic oversight of maintenance for all physical assets across UK sites, ensuring robust asset management practices and compliance with ISO 55001 standards.
Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will lead initiatives that enhance reliability and deliver a value-for-money approach. You will play a key role in implementing the annual asset management plan, supporting sustainability objectives such as achieving net zero, and improving system reliability and performance.
Working closely with the Head of Asset Reliability, in-house engineering teams, and suppliers, you will ensure assets operate efficiently and with minimal environmental impact.
